Cancellation Policy: 

Students who want to discontinue the program of the institute either in between or at starting or any stage need to give in writing to the institute for cancellation of the package and refunds shall be proceeded as per Refunds Policy. Institute management decision shall be the final decision for the student.

Refund Policy:

About the refund policies, the Institute has planned their policy in three parts which are written as follows.

•  Online (Live) Course
• Recorded Course
• Hybrid (Combination of Live and recorded) Course

Each of the polices are customer-centric to create a win-win situation for both the students and the Institute, like not losing out on taxes paid since DIPE is committed to adherence of local laws and government regulations but also providing refunds with some clauses.

REFUNDS NOT ALLOWED in following situations.

• The student has subscribed ‘Recorded Course’.
• The student has subscribed Live or Hybrid Course and doing cancellation within 2 days of starting date of the Course date.

REFUND ALLOWED in other cases

∙         90% of the NET FEES* will be refunded either in the Online (Live) Course or in the Hybrid (Combination of Live and recorded) Course if the subscription is canceled before seven (7) or more days from the actual date of the training.

∙         50% of the NET FEES* will be refunded either in the Online (Live) Course or in the Hybrid (Combination of Live and recorded) Course if the subscription is canceled within seven (7) but before two (2) days from the actual date of the training.

*Net Fees: Fee’s paid – taxes (GST)

Any refunds authorized will be issued within the current term period and at the company’s discretion.
